Every counsellor on our team is fully qualified and registered with the BACP or the NCPS, so you can feel confident you’re in safe, experienced hands.

Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if it’s your first time. We take things step by step - explaining the process, answering your questions, and helping you feel comfortable from the very first session. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. You set the boundaries, and we support you within them, creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with honesty and ease.
